PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for allocating a time slot to nodes in a wireless network are provided to solve network bandwidth utilization restriction problems by determining orders of a super frame. CONSTITUTION: A processing unit(15) determines a beacon order in order to match beacon interval with maximum or minimum permission delay time. The beacon interval indicates a length of a super frame. The processing unit determines super frame orders based on a packet length. The processing unit allocates a time guarantee slot which is not competed for each node according to allocation orders for the nodes.
