PURPOSE: A multi-functional colloid nanocomposite induced to a layer-by-layer assembly by nucleophilic substitution capable of enhancing optical, magnetic and super hydrophobic properties and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have light emitting and magnetic properties.;CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional colloid nanocomposite comprises silica colloid and a plurality of nano-particle layers. The silica colloid is coated with aminopropylmethoxysilane. The plurality of nanoparticle layers is absorbed on the silica colloid at high density. The nanoparticle is one or more selected from quantum dot particle (BMPA-QD) stabilized by 2- bromo-2- methylpropionic acid, oxidized steel particle(BMPA-Fe3O4) stabilized by the 2- bromo-2- methylpropionic acid and polyamidoamine(PAMA). The plurality of nanoparticles are laminated on top of the silica colloid in the following order: (BMPA-Fe3O/PAMA)n, (BMPA-QD/PAMA)n, (BMPA-QD/PAMA/BMPAFe3O4)n, (BMPA-Fe3O4/PAMA/ BMPA-QD)n, (BMPA-QD/PAMA/BMPA-Fe3O4/PAMA)n or (BMPA-Fe3O4/ PAMA/BMPA-QD/PAMA)n.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
