PURPOSE: An insulator for an extra high voltage electricity distribution line is provided to minimize swing due to wind by designing the insulator in a buffer structure.;CONSTITUTION: A long bolt(70) is fixed by a supporting frame. A support insulator base(62) is fixed to the lower end of the long bolt and binds a distribution line(1). A plurality of support insulator main bodies(66a,66b) is laminated on the top of the support insulator base. A stopper(72) restricts the descent of the support insulator main body.
