PURPOSE: A diminishing marginal rate calculation method and calculation system thereof are provided to optimally apply business district analysis to real situations by reflecting time-required complete movement to street elements of the business district analysis. CONSTITUTION: A business district analysis database(60) stores shopping attribution data and passage fact finding survey data. An effective attribution calculation unit(20) calculates effective attribution coefficients of each category from the stored passage fact finding survey data. The effective attribution calculation unit stores the calculated data in the business district analysis data base. A selection effect calculation unit(30) calculates the selection effect data of each category.
