PURPOSE: A hive having mite control and swarming control functions is provided to enable a user to easily observe mite fallen to the inside of a beehive. CONSTITUTION: A hive having mite control and swarming control functions comprise: a front opening/closing plate(110) in which a gateway is formed; a rear opening/closing plate(120) which is combined in order to open and close the rear of a supporting board; a honey stealing suppression board(130) which divides the space of the inside of the supporting board into the front and rear; top and bottom rails(140a,140b) which are formed inside the rear space divided by the supporting board; a bottom plate(150) which is formed in order to be place on the bottom rail; a net(160) which is formed in order to be placed on the top rail; and an empty honeycomb suppression board(170a) which is formed in order to cover the opened upper side of the supporting board.
