PURPOSE: A precast concrete member and a prefabricated concrete abutment using the same are provided to reduce process and construction period by skipping cast-in-place and mortar works and construct with high density and high quality. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated concrete abutment using a precast concrete member includes a foundation(110) and walls(120). The foundation has an insertion hole(111) where the walls are assembled on the top. The walls are composed of multiple precast concrete members(121,122). The precast concrete members are inserted along the insertion groove and consecutively connected to be assembled in the foundation.
