PURPOSE: An apparatus for cleaning a heat exchanger of a fish farm heat pump system is provided to maintain waste heat recovery performance and to supply clean water to a water bath. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for cleaning a heat exchanger of a fish farm heat pump system comprises a storage tank(14), a washing port(15), a stirring device, a supply tube(16), a return duct(17). The storage tank stores exhausted water. The washing port is installed in the center of the floor of the storage tank and stores washing thread. The washing port stirs and floats the washing thread. The supply tube is connected to a heat exchanger for the heat pump system. The return duct is connected to the storage tank or washing port.
