PURPOSE: A waste heat recovery system is provided to immediately produce steam since cooling water has flown into a combustion chamber is heated over predetermined temperature and the heated water is directly supplied to a waste heat boiler.;CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovery system(10) comprises first and second combustion chambers(100,200), a waste heat boiler(300), a hot water storage tank(400), and a hot water supplying pump(500). The first combustion chamber is composed of an inner container and outer container. The inner container generates a combustion gas by burning various kinds of wastes and steam by evaporating the hot water with the combustion gas. The outer container stores the steam generated by the inner container. The second combustion chamber makes an unburned gas of the combustion gas burned in the first combustion chamber and air act, thereby burning the unburned gas. The combustion gas penetrated through the second combustion chamber is supplied to the inside of the waste heat boiler and the waste heat boiler evaporates the hot water with the combustion gas, thereby generating the steam. The hot water storage tank supplies the water of room temperature to the first combustion chamber and cools the first combustion chamber, thereby storing the hot water discharged through the first combustion chamber after cooling.
