Coating method and the system of teflon hose

PURPOSE: A Teflon hose coating method and a device for the same are provided to manufacture a firm coated hose by coating the Teflon hose with nylon resin to be integrated since the Teflon hose is coated in a vacuum condition after preheating at predetermined temperature. CONSTITUTION: A Teflon hose coating device comprises a Teflon hose feeder(10), a pre-heater(30), a coating mold(90), an extrusion coater(40), a cooling device(50), and a forming device(60). The pre-heater preheats the outer diameter of a Teflon hose being supplied from the hose feeder. The coating mold coats the outer diameter of the Teflon hose with a nylon coating portion in a vacuum condition. An extrusion screw of the extrusion coater heats the nylon resin at temperature of 250C to 320C and supplies the molten nylon resin to the coating mold. The cooling device supplies a coating hose and comprises a cooling tank(51). A pair of caterpillars(61) of a forming device(60) forms the coating hose by pulling the coating hose cooled in the cooling device.
