PURPOSE: A molding die with a protruded vent hole, a molding die of a steering wheel, and a steering wheel manufactured by the same are provided to improve the exterior image of a steering wheel, since the surface of a steering wheel is engraved by a protruded vent hole of a cavity. CONSTITUTION: A molding die(200) comprises upper and lower dies(210,220) and a vent hole(212). Cavities(211,221) in which members to be molded are installed are formed on the upper and lower dies, respectively. The vent hole is projected in a predetermined region of the surface of the cavity of the upper and lower dies.
