Remote monitoring and control system for unmanned facility using visible light communication and visible light camara

PURPOSE: An unmanned facility distant remote monitoring system is provided to effectively monitor a security image by taking a photograph when movement is sensed within a predetermined zone. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device(600) transmits security authentication information corresponding to security authentication request information through LED visible light communications. A visible light camera(200) stops photo shoots when an LED visible light communications module(500) receives the security authentication information. The LED visible light communications module transmits LED turning-off request checking information to the terminal device when the LED visible light communications module receives the security authentication information. The terminal device receives LED light turning-off wish checking information and transmits lighting maintaining request information or turning-off request information to the LED visible light communications module. The LED visible light communications module maintains lighting state of an LED light source part when receives the lighting maintaining request information.
