The present invention relates to a galvanic sensor for galvanic sensing of a reinforced concrete structure and a galvanic sensing test cell using the same, comprising: a first region including a working electrode, a first reference electrode, and a counter electrode; A second region including a galvanic sensor, a second reference electrode, and a ground electrode; The first region and the second region are separated by a separator, and a specimen is positioned through the first region and the second region, and the galvanic sensor is positioned between the specimen and the ground electrode. The anode of the galvanic sensor is formed of the same material as the specimen. According to the present invention, there is an advantage that only the end current can be measured to accurately predict the degree of rebar propagation in the concrete structure due to leakage of the end currents generated from the subway, etc. By separating the sensor, the end-of-current current is moved to the galvanic sensor through the concrete, not the rebar, there is an advantage that can eliminate the factors that reduce the accuracy of the transfer detection of the rebar.
