PURPOSE: A dust proof and water proof ventilation device and a lamp including the same are provided to prevent dust and moisture from entering into the inside of the lamp by a dust proof and water proof function. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation device(20) is in the shape of a hollow screw. The ventilation device is composed of a head(21), a combination unit(25), a shielding means(30) formed on the head, and a cover(40) covering the head. The outer diameter of the head is gradually reduced from the lower part to upper part direction. A separated space is formed between a vent(42) of the cover and the outer side of the head. A gasket such as an O-ring(29) is formed on the outside of the combination unit. The shielding means is attached on a support(54) of a frame(50).
