PURPOSE: A soil cement stabilization method using deposited waste dredged soil is provided to remarkably reduce the waste disposal costs of waste dredged soil by mixing and curing cement and a hardener using the waste dredged soil. CONSTITUTION: A soil cement stabilization method using deposited waste dredged soil is as follows. A waste dredged soil layer is formed by spreading recycled aggregate with a thickness of 0.2-0.4m on the bottom of a drying room and putting waste dredged soil into the top of the recycled aggregate(S1). The waste dredged soil is dried in a construction site to have a moisture content of 40-50%(S2). Waste dredged soil cement is prepared by mixing 1800-2200kg of waste dredged soil, 110-200kg of cement, and 0.3-1.0kg of hardener(S3). The waste dredged soil cement is hardened(S4). The hardened waste dredged soil cement is cured over 48 hours(S5).
