PURPOSE: A state diagnosis device of permanent magnet synchronizing motor, a diagnosing method, and a recording medium to record the program for progressing the diagnosis method are provided to easily diagnose the demagnetization state of permanent magnet of permanent magnet synchronizing motor and the eccentricity state of rotor without disassembling the motor or using any expensive additional equipment.;CONSTITUTION: A state diagnosis device of permanent magnet synchronizing motor comprises a magnetic field generator(1110), a stator current measuring part(1120), and a state diagnosis part(1130). A magnetic field generator generates multiple magnetic fields which were overlapped by the DC magnetic field and AC magnetic field toward the pole of permanent magnet when the rotor is in the stationary state. A stator current measuring part measures a flowing current in the stator winding that corresponds to a generated magnetic field respectively.
