PURPOSE: A tour information providing system with a tourist behavioral pattern prediction model and a providing method thereof are provided to supply tour information about the next tour place to future tourists beforehand through the tourist behavioral pattern prediction model. CONSTITUTION: Time information and location information are extracted(S103). The extracted time information, the location information, and user information of a tourist are transmitted to a management server(S105). The management server extracts characteristics from the user information. The management server makes tourism statistics information about tourism behavior of previous tourists according to the extracted characteristics, the time information, and the location information. The management server builds a tourist behavioral pattern prediction model about the previous tourists by using the tourism statistics information. The management server predicts tourist behavioral patterns about future tourists beforehand(S107).
