PURPOSE: A set of door and a doorframe or a window and a window frame with a hand injury prevention function are provided to minimize noise caused by wind flowing through the gap between the door and the doorframe or the gap between the window and the window frame. CONSTITUTION: A set of a door and a doorframe or a window and a window frame with a hand injury prevention function comprises a window frame or doorframe(1), a window or door(2), extensions(13), and second elastic members(4). The window frame or doorframe has vertical bars(11) and vertical bar insertion grooves(12). The window or door has first elastic members(3). The first elastic members are installed on the outer surfaces of the vertical bars. The extensions are formed on both sides of the vertical bar insertion grooves and increase the widths of the vertical bar insertion grooves more than the thickness of the vertical bar. The second elastic members are fixed to the extensions of the vertical bar insertion grooves.
