摘要

PURPOSE: An LED lamp heat sink and manufacturing method thereof using PLC(PolyLactic Acid) are provided to offset electromagnetic waves by using an organic metal polymer and CNT(Carbon Nanotube) nano composite materials absorbing the electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION: PLA is added according to a first setting ratio(S11). PCM capsule powder is added according to a second setting ratio(S12). An organic metal polymer is added according to a third setting ratio(S13). CNT nano composite materials are added according to a fourth setting ratio(S14). Composite plastic resin is formed using the added PLA, PCM capsule powder, organic metal polymer, and CNT nano composite materials(S15).
