PURPOSE: A wastewater treatment apparatus containing excrement and livestock wastewater is provided to circulate and recycle exhaust ozone by improving the contacting efficiency and treatment efficiency of wastewater. CONSTITUTION: A wastewater treatment apparatus includes a chamber, an introducing pipe(200), one or more round type partitions(301 to 304), treatment water draining pipes(500, 600), and an ozone exhausting pipe(700). The introducing pipe mixes ozone gas and wastewater and introduces the mixture into the lower part of the chamber. The partitions are concavely formed toward the lower part of the chamber in order to divide the chamber into a plurality of spaces. The partitions include one or more through holes(305). The treatment water draining pipes separates wastewater from ozone gas and drains the separated wastewater to the outside of the chamber. The ozone exhausting pipe exhausts ozone gas to the upper part of the chamber.
