PURPOSE: A floating wind power generator for deep sea with a block-type floating body is provided to effectively adjust the level of a floating unit according to a seawater level, and to rapidly replace the floating unit. CONSTITUTION: A floating wind power generator for deep sea comprises a blade, a nacelle, a tower, a floating unit, and a mooring line. The blade is installed in the nacelle. The nacelle is vertically installed in the tower. The floating unit is installed at the lower part of the tower, and hollow cylindrical blocks(100) are vertically connected so that the floating unit is formed. The tower floats on the sea by the floating unit. The mooring line fixes the floating unit to the sea bed. Flange parts(130) are formed at the upper and lower parts of the cylindrical block, and protrude in an outer peripheral direction. The flange part is connected to an insertion groove of a joining ring(150), and the cylindrical blocks are vertically coupled.
