PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of metallic oxide using sol-gel process is provided to simplify the manufacturing process by performing sol-gel method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of metallic oxide using sol-gel process comprises the following steps: mixing lanthanum precursor, strontium precursor, manganese precursor and chelating ligand at the mole ratio of 1:3-1:5; dissolving the mixture of the first step into distilled water and obtaining sol by heating the dissolved mixture at 70-95 deg. Celsius for 6-48 hours; decomposing sol from the previous step at the ramp-up rate of 5 deg. Celsius/min at 400-700 deg. Celsius for 5-12 hours; and obtaining powder by sintering the result at 800 deg. Celsius for 2-5 hours. The chelating ligand is citric acid and alkylene glycol. The citric acid and alkylene glycol are mixed at the molar ratio of 1:0.5-1:1.5.
