PURPOSE: A steering sensor unit for an electronic steering device and an assembly method thereof are provided to obtain the assemblability of a V-shaped clip by improving precision as the torsion of the steering sensor is prevented more perfectly.;CONSTITUTION: A steering sensor unit(1) for an electronic steering device comprises a sensor housing, a circuit board, a steering sensor, multiple fitting parts(60), a fixing pin(20), and a V-shaped clip(30). The sensor housing is composed of a sensor cover, a side plate, and a base plate. The circuit board and the steering sensor are arranged in an internal space of the sensor housing. The circuit board delivers electric signals. The steering sensor senses torque and angle. The fitting parts are formed at edges where the sensor cover and the side plate are overlapped and are coupled to a finger ring. The finger ring is composed of fixed wings(261). The fixing pin and the V-shaped clip are inserted in a housing groove(50) and a coupling hole(40) formed in the sensor cover.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
