PURPOSE: A radiation detection unit and neutron distribution configuration method using the same are provided to measure neutron distribution chart of a radiation measuring target by measuring linear velocity according to a location of neutron. CONSTITUTION: A first detection unit measures neutron and a gamma ray generated according to a location of a radiation measurement object within a high radiation hot cell. A second detection unit measures neutron generated from a radiation measurement object. An outer case protects the first and the second detection unit from a physical impact and noise generated from the outside. A signal line(140) connects to the outer case. A signal processing unit(150) creates an emission neutron signal according to a difference between the detected signals by receiving the detected signals from the first and the second detection unit through the signal line.
