PURPOSE: A prefabricated concrete block integrated with a waterproof sheet and a construction method of a water storage tank using the same are provided to reduce inconvenience by minimizing installation time and work space required for installation.;CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated concrete block(2) integrated with a waterproof sheet comprises a concrete block portion, a waterproof sheet, support bars, and a packing member. The concrete block portion is formed by horizontally or vertically arranging multiple support bars on an area of a mold where does not have a waterproof sheet and placing concrete thereon. The waterproof sheet is integrally formed on one surface of the concrete block portion. The support bars are coupled to the top of the concrete block portion.
