GEAR BOX INSPECTING JIG AND AN INDIRECT LIGHTING DEVICE, CAPABLE OF CONFIRMING THE EXISTENCE OF FAILURE OF AN INSPECTION OBJECT

PURPOSE: A gear box inspecting jig and an indirect lighting device are provided to obtain effective images and to prevent inconvenience for performing tests to set a position and the brightness of the lighting device.;CONSTITUTION: A gear box inspecting jig comprises an external jig(1), an LED lighting device, and a brightness adjusting jig(2). An elliptical opening is formed in the upper part of the external jig. The external jig is formed into a rectangular parallelepiped in which front and rear surfaces are opened. The LED lighting device is formed by connecting LED elements. The brightness adjusting jig adjusts brightness so that the LED lighting device indirectly lights the camera. The external jig, the LED lighting device, and the brightness adjusting jig are joined to an inner side in regular sequence so that the brightness and intensity of illumination obtaining proper input images for inspecting the failure of a vehicle gear box are provided.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
