PURPOSE: A structure manufactured by a precast construction method is provided to reduce the weight thereof by reducing the cross section of a beam.;CONSTITUTION: A structure manufactured by a precast construction method comprises a pair of walls, one or more columns(20), beams(30), and decks. The walls are separated from each other. The columns are installed between the walls. The beams are installed on the tops of the columns in a line with the walls and are composed of precast members in which tendons(32) are anchored.
