摘要

PURPOSE: A nano sensor and a method for detecting a target molecule using the same are provided to accurately and rapidly detect the target molecule passing through a nano pore and to reduce costs.;CONSTITUTION: A nano sensor(100) comprises a substrate(10), a first insulating layer(20), first and second electrodes(30,35), and a modulating unit(60). A hole(15) is formed on the substrate. The first insulating layer is arranged on the substrate and a first nano pore(25) is formed at a position corresponding to the hole. The first and second electrodes are arranged by being spaced from each other around the first nano pore on the first insulating layer and a nano gap is formed in the space between the first and second electrodes.
