摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a spherical polyurethane particle is provided to manufacture a polymer particle with low compression elasticity and remarkably excellent recovery rate by polymerizing emulsions by using C2-10 alkyl(meth)acrylate which has 2-4 functional acryl groups as a polyfunctional monomer.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a spherical polyurethane particle comprises: a step of emulsifying a solution which comprises polyol, an isocyanate compound, a polyfunctional monomer and a suspension stabilizer; a step of manufacturing a polyurethane particle by polymerizing the emulsion solution. The polyfunctional monomer is one or more selected from C2-10 alkyl(meth)acrylates which has 2-4 functional acryl groups. The average particle diameter of the polyurethane particle is 2-200 micron, the compression elasticity is 200 kgf/cm^2 or less and the recovery rate is 40% or more.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
