PURPOSE: A cylindrical sample holder for an EPMA(Electron Probe Micro Analyzer) is provided to improve measurement accuracy by stably fixing a cylinder sample to an accurate position.;CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical sample holder for an EPMA comprises a holder body unit(110), width direction fixing units(120), and a height direction fixing unit(130). A cylindrical sample is fixed to the inner center of the holder body unit. The holder body unit comprises a pair of movable side walls(112). The direction fixing units are connected to the outer surfaces of the movable side walls, and the inner surfaces of the movable side walls press the outer circumference of the sample. The height direction fixing unit penetrates through the bottom of the holder body unit and presses the bottom of the sample.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
