SYSTEM FOR MIXING HETEROGENEOUS MOBILE COMMUNICATION, SGSN OF WCDMA NETWORK AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING DATA CALL THEREOF, MME OF EPC NETWORK AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING DATA CALL THEREOF

PURPOSE: A system for mixing heterogeneous mobile communications capable of performing all kinds of PCC(Policy and Charging Control), SGSN(Serving General packet radio Services Support Node) of a WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) network and a processing method of a data call thereof, and MME(Mobility Management Entity) of an EPC(Evolved Packet Core) network and a processing method of a data call thereof are provided to process a data call during transmission of the rate system information of a subscriber between the WCDMA network and the EPC network in a mixed service environment of heterogeneous mobile communications where the WCDMA network and the EPC network are mixed. CONSTITUTION: SGSN of a WCDMA network(230) receives a profile of a subscriber, which includes the rate system information, from HLR(Home Location Register). The SGSN determines whether a terminal is a subscriber of a WCDMA network or an EPC network based on the profile of the subscriber. If the terminal is a subscriber of the WCDMA network, the SGSN transmits a data call message to GGSN(Gateway General packet radio service Support Node) of the WCDMA network. If the terminal is a subscriber of the EPC network, the SGSN stores the rate system information in the form of a provided value by the HLR and a predetermined value. The SGSN transmits the data call message to PDNGW(Packet Data Network GateWay) of the EPC network.
