PURPOSE: A laminated multilayer film is provided to have excellent thickness uniformity and optical performance by laminating a particle-free core layer which comprises a polyester resin and a skin layer which contains 10-150 ppm of a polyester resin and particle.;CONSTITUTION: A laminated multilayer film comprises a particle-free core layer and a skin layer. The particle-free core layer comprises a polyester resin. The skin layer contains 10-150 ppm of a polyester resin and particle, and 200ppm or less of a pinning agent. The particle-free layer and the skin layer are laminated two or more layers. The lamination is conducted by a co-extrusion, elongation and heat-fixing. The heat-fixing has a total relaxation rate of 2-10% indicated in formula 1, total relaxation ratio(%)=(Lr - Lf) / Lr × 100 by setting the temperature of a width direction portion 3-5 °C higher than the temperature of a center part, 1.01-1.3 times elongating in a width direction of a film.
