PURPOSE: A paste is provided to form the pattern of an electrode device, to form electrode, to improve electrode conductivity and to reduce contact resistance.;CONSTITUTION: A paste comprises a functional water-soluble material(1), a surface activator(3), a binder, and an oil-soluble organic solvent(20). The functional water-soluble material comprises a reverse or inverse micelle structure formed by being surrounded with the surface activator. The functional water-soluble material comprises a water-soluble material with etching performance, a water-soluble material with a doping performance, a water-soluble pigment material, a water-soluble conductive polymer material, a water-soluble metal salt or the combination thereof. The comprised amount of the reverse or inverse micelle structure is 0.1-10 weight% based on the total weight of the paste and the average particle diameter thereof is 1 nm ∼ 10micrometers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
