PURPOSE: A pot-type vulcanizing device is provided to reduce a loss of a rubber material by using the rubber material remained in a pot unit for next vulcanization as the rubber material is managed at low temperature regardless of vulcanization temperature. CONSTITUTION: A pot-type vulcanizing device comprises a pot unit(POT), a lower temporary mold(6), a main mold, and a horizontally transferring unit. The POT unit comprises a fixed quantity feeding unit, a movable block(3), a fixed block(4), and an upper temporary mold(5). The fixed quantity feeding unit comprises a linear scale(2) supplying a fixed quantity of the unvulcanized rubber material. The fixed block is arranged in the lower part of the movable block and comprises a gate. The upper temporary mold is arranged in the lower part of the fixed block and comprises a correspondent gate corresponding to the gate of the fixed block. The movable block is moved up when the rubber material is supplied by the fixed quantity feeding unit so that the rubber material is charged between the movable block and the fixed block. The lower temporary mold comprises a core(15) corresponding to the correspondent gate of the upper temporary mold. The lower temporary mold moves up and down by a lifting unit. The main mold is arranged in one side of the POT unit and composed of upper and lower molds. The horizontally transferring unit connected to the fixed block of the POT unit moves the POT unit backward and forward, thereby transferring the POT unit between the upper and lower molds.
