PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing feed is provided to improve livestock productivity and to reduce the smell of feces by adding probiotics so that domestic animals are able to effectively digest soy protein of which digestion rate is low.;CONSTITUTION: Stevia is solvent extracted after a drying treatment. Soybean meal with a weight which is eight to ten times more than the stevia weight is added to the remaining solid stevia and fermented. Spore formation is induced by aging the fermented product for 24 to 48 hours while keeping the same at a low temperature. The fermented product which has formed the spore is molded to a specific form and packed. A strain which is used for the fermentation of the stevia extract is Bacillus subtilis separated from stevia. The stevia is a stem and a leaf, or a mixture thereof. The fermentation is carried at 30 to 60 deg. C for 24 to 48 hours. In the fermentation process, any one among Lactobacillus or Aspergillus niger, or a mixture thereof is inoculated with the Bacillus subtilis.
