PURPOSE: Pixel, pixel array, and image sensor including it and a driving method thereof are provided to sense light of different wavelength range, such as infrared ray and visible light area, independently and accurately, without increasing volume of image sensor, thereby process the sensed light.;CONSTITUTION: Photoelectric unit(18) senses light. Charge storage unit stores electric charge transformed in the photoelectric transform portion. Transmission switching unit(TX) is arranged in one side of the photoelectric transform portion on substrate(15). The transmission switching unit transmits the charge of the photoelectric transform portion to the charge storage unit. Control switching unit(NIRCX) is arranged in other side of the photoelectric transform portion on the substrate.
