摘要

PURPOSE: An artificial leather for grinding a hard disc is provided to prevent scratches in precise grinding because a polymer elastomer is not exposed on the surface thereof.;CONSTITUTION: An artificial leather for grinding a hard disc comprises a nonwoven fabric and a water-dispersed polymer elastomer. The artificial leather is divided into a high-concentration section(H) and a low-concentration section(L) in a thickness direction. In the high-concentration section, 25-40wt.% of the water-dispersed polymer elastomer is impregnated in the nonwoven fabric. In the low-concentration section, 1.5-25wt.% the water-dispersed polymer elastomer is impregnated in the nonwoven fabric.
