PURPOSE: Provided are a manufacturing method of a graphene sheet and a graphene sheet manufactured therefrom, and thus a process time and costs are reduced as a precursor is not needed by using a graphite as a bulk. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a graphene sheet comprises steps of: manufacturing a graphene sheet by supplying light energy to a bulk graphite in a solvent, wherein the light energy is a laser, which satisfies a laser wavelength of equation 1 below:(equation 1) Lambda=Lambda`X 1/n Here, The Lambda is a laser wavelength, The Lambda` is a vibration mode wavelength of the solvent, and n is a natural number.
