PURPOSE: A power generator with a speed bump using hydraulic pressure is provided to be charged through a balancing circuit, and to stably supply power to load.;CONSTITUTION: A power generator(10) comprises an external power transfer unit(100), a generator(200), a power storage unit(300), and a speed bump with a balancing unit(400). The external power transfer unit delivers external power with moving up and down. The external power transfer unit includes a bump unit(101) protruding from the ground. The generator converts kinetic energy from the external power transfer unit into electric energy. The power storage unit is electrically connected to the generator, and stores the electric energy.
