PURPOSE: A low carbon cast iron manufacturing device using a pressure casting apparatus without surface carburizing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture low carbon cast iron with anti-carbonized effect of removing surface carburizing by containing less than 1.0% of carbon content, and to prevent a negative effect in which molten iron passes through a coating agent into a sand mold by using a reinforced coating agent.;CONSTITUTION: A low carbon cast iron manufacturing apparatus using a pressure casting apparatus without surface carburizing and a manufacturing method thereof includes a cast steel manufacturing device(A) for a low carbon and a gas collection device(5). The gas collection apparatus which are connected with the upper end of an evaporative pattern of a mold absorbs and removes hazardous gas generated from an evaporative pattern casing process of an organic mold resin and a molten iron by vacuum pressure. The cast steel for low carbonation has carbon content 1.0% or less. A coating agent is the mixture of alumina, zircon, and silica. The coating agent is composed of, in wt%: Alumina 10-40w, zircon 10-40, silica 10-15, and clay 5-10. An evaporative pattern is composed of PMMA(polymethylmethacrylate).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
