REELER TYPE OF SEVERE PLASTIC DEFORMATION MACHINE, CAPABLE OF PERFORMING A SHEAR-DRAWING PROCESS AND DRAWING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A reeler type of severe plastic deformation machine is provided to effectively utilize a space as a metal material passes through a dies with a reel-to-reel method by a supply reeler and take-up reeler.;CONSTITUTION: A reeler type of severe plastic deformation machine comprises a frame(10), a supply reeler(20), a take-up reeler(30), dies, and a rolling mill(40). The supply reeler unties metal materials wound into a roll shape, and supplies the materials to the frame. The take-up reeler is installed in the frame at a distance from the supply reeler to wind the metal materials. The dies are installed between the supply reeler and the take-up reeler. The dies comprise an inlet for the metal materials, an outlet for discharging the metal materials, and a channel for connecting the inlet to the outlet. The channel has an intersecting angle for the shear-drawing process of the metal materials. The rolling mill is adjacently installed to the inlet to roll the metal materials.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
