摘要

PURPOSE: A molding apparatus is provided to uniformly mix molten steel and alloying element melt provided to a submerged nozzle in a turbulence region through separated paths by generating a turbulence region in the lower part of an opening by an opening unit.;CONSTITUTION: A molding apparatus comprises of a turn dish(10), a submerged nozzle(60), an injection nozzle(70) and an alloying element providing unit. A mold inlet(15) is formed in the turn dish. The submerged nozzle is connected with the mold inlet outside of the turn dish. One side of the injection nozzle is facing toward the mold inlet inside the turn dish. The alloying element providing unit provides an alloying element toward the injection nozzle with connecting to the other side of the injection nozzle. The other edge of the injection nozzle is drawn out to outside of the turn dish. The alloying element providing unit includes a furnace(120) accepting alloying element melt with having an outlet, a supply pipe(80) connecting an outlet to the other edge of the injection nozzle, a fixed amount control unit(140) controlling an amount of the alloying material melt provided to the injection nozzle from the furnace through the supply pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
