PURPOSE: A system for evaluating thermal fatigue properties of a cold rolling plate is provided to evaluate thermal fatigue properties at low costs in the state that a predetermined load is loaded and to quantitively evaluate the complex thermal fatigue properties. CONSTITUTION: A system for evaluating thermal fatigue properties of a cold rolling plate comprises a cold rolling plate specimen(10), a heating unit(20), and a control unit(30). An upper end portion of the specimen is fixed and the lower end portion of the specimen is installed to be possible to receive load and a stress concentrating unit(12) is formed between the upper and lower end portions of the specimen. The heating unit heats the stress concentrating unit. The control unit receives the heat of the specimen, thereby driving the heating unit. The control unit controls the temperature of the specimen according to a set temperature waveform.
