PURPOSE: A device for inputting a specimen for a hot rolling thermal process and a method for uniformalizing the temperature deviation of the specimen using the same are provided to perform a hot rolling process at proper thermal temperature in a cold rolling process of an oriented electrical steel sheet, thereby preventing the failure of the specimen and reducing thermal processing time.;CONSTITUTION: A device for inputting a specimen for a hot rolling thermal process comprises a rotary drum(2), a motor(10) for rotating the drum, a furnace door(7) for the hot rolling thermal process, a specimen mounting case(C), and a trolley(12) for inserting the specimen. A short ball for reducing the temperature deviation of the specimen is installed in the rotary drum and a rotary drum door(5) is installed. The motor for rotating the drum is connected to the rotary drum shaft(3) for rotating the rotary drum. The furnace door is mad of insulating materials when the rotary drum is inserted into a thermal processing furnace(1) so that the heat of the thermal processing furnace is isolated from the outside. The specimen mounting case is joined to the inside of the rotary drum and comprises a supporter in order that a plurality of the specimen can be mounted.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
