PURPOSE: A fixed number reducing method of a driving circuit and a driving circuit thereof for driving an LD(Laser Diode) or an APD(Avalanche PhotoDiode) are provided to rapidly amplify output of power. CONSTITUTION: Inductors are connected to a DC power supply. The inductors are connected to a driving circuit output terminal which supplies power to an LD or an APD. Output terminals of FET(Field-Effect Transistors) are connected between inductors and the driving circuit output terminal. A VCO(Voltage Controlled Oscillator) is connected to the input terminals of the FETs. An output terminal and an input terminal of a transistor are connected to the input terminal of the VCO and the output terminal of the driving circuit.
