RESONANT COLUMN TESTING APPARATUS WITH IMAGE-BASED ANALYSIS SYSTEM FOR DEFORMATION MODES OF SPECIMEN USING HIGH SPEED CAMERA

摘要

PURPOSE: A test piece image readable resonance column testing device is provided to measure the actual deformation of a test piece by reading images of scale marked on a membrane, thereby obtaining accurate data. CONSTITUTION: A lateral side of a test piece is surrounded by a membrane(M) and a drive plate(30) is fixed to an end portion of the test piece. A rotational vibrating force is applied to the driver plate so that the deformation rate of the test piece is obtained. The material properties of the test piece are obtained by using the obtained deformation rate. Scales(200) are marked on a portion being fixed to the test piece. A camera(100) photographing the scales is installed and the deformation rate of the test piece is calculated on a basis of the deformation of the scales according to an image interpretation.
