PURPOSE: A current limiter is provided to implement cost reduction and miniaturization by configuring a current limiter by using a power semiconductor.;CONSTITUTION: A measuring unit(10) measures a current. A high speed fault detecting unit(20) transmits a turn off signal to a power semiconductor(30). A high speed switch(40) opens a contact point from the high speed fault detecting unit. A first power fuse(50) blocks the fault current flowed in the generation of the fault current.
