PURPOSE: An advertisement flyer integrated service providing system and a method thereof are provided to supply a compensation corresponding to consumers who receive undesired advertisement flyers from an advertisement flyer distributor.;CONSTITUTION: A consumer terminal(102) stores an authentication photo by photographing an advertisement flyer in a state that the advertisement flyer is distributed. The consumer terminal obtains identification code information stored in an ID code. An authorized institution server(120) provides a legal administrative process, an approval/permission application form, and commission.
