PURPOSE: A data security apparatus protecting data from a spyware or a hacking program, a system using the same and a data security method using the same are provided to encrypt keyboard input values from a physical domain in which data is unable to be protected, thereby protecting input information or data from possible hooking dangers in a kernel stage and in an application stage.;CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(110) receives data from an external input device. A control unit(120) includes a security chip(140) in which an encryption program is recorded. The control unit encrypts the received data of the reception unit. A transmission unit(130) transmits the encrypted data of the control unit to an external processing device.
