PURPOSE: A polymer light emitting device including an SWNT(Single Wall Carbon Nanotube) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to freely select light emitting polymer materials by changing the balance of a transported carrier. CONSTITUTION: A bottom electrode is formed on a substrate. An insulation layer is formed on the bottom electrode. The organic light emitting polymer is formed on the insulation layer. A nanocomposite thin film includes an SWNT and a block copolymer. A top electrode is formed on the nanocomposite thin film.
