PURPOSE: a kind of Low Noise Pavement system, which is provided to, to be effectively reduced tire and passes through noise reduction hole concrete segment sound-absorbing basal layer in road rumble and automobile noise. ;CONSTITUTION: a kind of Low Noise Pavement system includes a concrete segment sound-absorbing basal layer (100) and bitumen layer.
